We had the honor of photographing this gorgeous young man yesterday for his senior photos. He was this little boy not too long ago and now he is all grown up. Congratulations on making it this far and I look forward to seeing and hearing about your success!
The Grim Reaper...A Space Ranger & His Mama.
Max and his mama Hayley had a quick mini session to capture the memory of his costume for this year. Mason, our son, is Hayley's Godson. His costume isn't complete, but the mask is just rockstar...we just had to include it. Even though he was a little scared and unsure of the mask and the Dementors on the gate, Max still smiles when the camera is up.
The Beginning...
I am so excited to have captured these memories. Nacole & Jeremy are E N G A G E D ! We had plenty of laughs and enjoyed making an important connection. Couples need to trust and feel comfortable with their photographer. Our job is to capture beautiful memories of some of the most important moments of your lives. Most of the time, like nearly 100% of the time, having photos taken are not the groom to be's cup of tea. Thankfully, we were able to calm anxiety and make it all easy. We look forward to when they get married next year in beautiful McCall, Idaho.
It's the beginning...and it's a good one!
My Funny Assistant...
Mason is our youngest...our 11 year old son. Kenny was a little under the weather so Mase joined me. He loves the Old Pen and going to the Rock Museum. They never tire of him going in and exploring and asking questions. I love that people LOVE him. Afterwards, we drove up Warm Springs Avenue and saw areas where leaves were a plenty. We stopped and took a few photos and on our way back to the car, we saw a gate decorated for Halloween. I love my son and the comedy he brings to my life.
It's Been Awhile...
The Pitto Family came to me years ago for their family photos. Now their daughters are 14 & 9 years old and growing up so nicely. Our first shoot the girls were active and full of adventure and absolutely uninterested in having their photos taken. The whimsical Botanical Garden had so many things to see and childhood was calling. They wanted to play. So play they did and in between, we captured their memories.
Today was different. Smiles as soon as the camera was in play. A beautiful glow about this family. Happiness and most of all LOVE.
Blessings & Joy!
You Make Me Brave...Hayley & her son Max.
Today was a wonderful day of capturing memories between a mother and her son. For some this may be just a few beautiful photos of a mama and her boy. For Hayley and her family, these are celebrations. Max is a child with autism. Three years ago, this session would not have been possible. Eye contact, smiles and sweet moments.
Max you have come such a long way. I love everything about this!
Throw back to a wonderful Summer Tea Party...
This by far is one of my favorite shoots. These 3 little sisters are just amazing to look at, work with and be around. They are the sweetest examples of sugar and spice! I adore these three and hope to work with them again soon.
Lamija is here...
Little wind and a smile...
What a great and quick shoot today with Spencer and her mother Nacole. We had some wind and a ton of smiles and laughs. I look forward to shooting her Mother's engagement photos and then her wedding next year, but for today...we had this little's sunshine smile.
